What is The Athlete Vault?

The Vault is a permanent digital home for your athlete's journey: photos, moments, seasons, milestones and the keepsakes you create along the way. It grows with them instead of scattering across phones and boxes.

Is it free to start a Vault?

Yes. Creating a Vault and saving your first memories is free. You only pay when you order a physical keepsake.

Do I need a Vault to order a keepsake?

Accepted Answer

No. You can create a keepsake in the Studio without signing in. If you do have a Vault, the memory you used and the finished piece are saved into your athlete's story.

Can I keep more than one athlete?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An account can hold a Vault for each athlete in the family, and you can switch between them at any time.

Can I see a Vault before I start one?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The sample Vault is a complete example built from a fictional athlete, so you can read a full story end to end before you add anything of your own.

Who can see my athlete's Vault?

A Vault is private by default. Nothing is public until you choose to share it.

What happens when I share?

Sharing exposes only the content you have marked public. Private photos, notes and details stay private, and you can change what is shared at any time.

Do keepsakes with a QR code expose private content?

Accepted Answer

A scanned code opens only the public view of that athlete's Vault. Anything you have kept private is not shown.

Can other people follow or comment on our Vault?

Accepted Answer

Not publicly, and never by choosing to. There are no followers, feeds, public likes, public comments or discovery of any kind. The only way another person reaches your athlete's Vault beyond a public link is the Family Circle, and only the owner can invite them.

What is the Family Circle?

A private, invitation-only group for one athlete. The owner invites people by email and gives each one View, Contribute or Manage access, and can change or remove that access at any time. Nobody can request access, follow or join on their own. The Family Circle is currently limited to approved test Vaults while we verify invitation delivery and access controls, so it is not yet available on every Vault.

Can family members react or leave notes?

Inside the Family Circle, and privately. On the approved test Vaults where the Circle is enabled today, people in the Circle can leave a Love This or a family note on a moment, and those are visible only to the Circle and the owner. They never appear on a public share link and there are no public counts.

Will people be emailed when we add something?

Accepted Answer

Only if they are in the Circle and want to be. Each member chooses Instant, a weekly digest, or off, and reactions never trigger an instant email. These alerts run only on the approved test Vaults where the Family Circle is enabled while we verify delivery.

What can I make right now?

Vault Cards, Legacy Canvas, Acrylic Displays, Wood Displays, Player Banners and License Plates are built in the Studio. The Story Shelf, signature ball displays and mini bat and hockey stick pieces are built in their own configurators.

Can I see my piece before I order it?

Yes. Every product has a live preview that updates as you choose a design, add your athlete's details and position your photo.

What photo should I upload?

Upload the best photo you have. We check every image by hand and reach out before production if it will not print cleanly.

Can I use one memory for more than one keepsake?

Yes. A memory saved in your Vault can be used again for any other piece without uploading the photo a second time.

A person reviews the artwork and photo quality on every personalized order before anything goes into production. If an image will not print cleanly, or required information is missing, we contact you before production starts. If you need a change, reach out as soon as possible and we will tell you whether production has started.

Personalized keepsakes typically ship in 5-7 business days. Premium workshop pieces typically ship in 7-10 business days. Timing starts once your order and artwork are confirmed, including any response or approval we need from you. Tracked standard shipping on every order.

A person reviews the artwork and photo quality on every personalized order before anything goes into production. If an image will not print cleanly, or required information is missing, we contact you before production starts.

Because each piece is personalized, we cannot accept returns for a change of preference. We remake any piece that arrives damaged, has a production defect, or materially differs from the order you approved. Report damage or a defect within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
