The 24-hour window
You have 24 hours from the moment you place your order to cancel or modify it for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins and the order is final.
Custom & engraved items
Because every shelf is engraved with personal information, we cannot accept returns once production has begun. Please double-check your design before approving it.
Our mistake
If we engrave the wrong name, ship the wrong product, or send something damaged, we replace it at no cost. Email hello@myathletevault.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
