Production time
Every shelf is built and engraved to order. Production takes 7–10 business days from the moment your design is approved.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available on request, please contact us first.
Shipping cost
Standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. is included. Expedited and Alaska / Hawaii rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of leaving our workshop.
Lost or damaged
If your shelf arrives damaged or never arrives at all, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
